How good this this place ✔️
Large camp green grass area with choice of full sun or shady areas. Kangaroos and birdlife great to watch. Private boat ramp and good access to either the ocean or rivers.
Fishing has been fun, plenty of whiting and mud crabs even in late May. The owners are relaxed and great for a chat. Very reasonably priced, we extended our stay because we were having a great time.

Unreal camp site !

Stayed for two nights and had the place to ourselves great large camping area with fire pits supplied.

Short walk to the pontoon for fishing on the river. Lots of wild life throughout the property

Staff are very friendly and good facilities on-site

It is a great spot.  During school holiday period we were one of only 3 groups camping at the site.

Grounds are excellent, nice little pontoon to fish off and could also launch a boat.

Toilets and showers clean and functional.

Couple of things to consider:

Access to the place I imagine could be quite difficult in wet weather.  Absolutely need 4x4.  Signs on the neighbouring properties fence line indicate that getting bogged there might be common.

I only stayed one night, as planned, but honestly could not stay longer.  Our brand new tent we found out is not midgie proof.  Even with a heap of aerogard on, me and the son were eaten alive.  It honestly was unbearable, so many of them and they are relentless.

It’s a 5 star spot, but the sand flies really do ruin it.  Perhaps they are not around all year?
